Dr. Hulbert is accepting new patients.

We are already contracted with Aetna, Cigna, Pacific Source, St. Luke's, St. Alphonsus, and Medicare.
We have the primary contract in effect with Blue Cross of Idaho and Humana.
We are in the process of getting credentialed with Regence, Select Health, and United Health Care. We expect to be credentialed with these insurances the week of 3/30/26. If you have concerns please talk to our office as we do not want you to go without care.
If you have any questions about our insurance status with your carrier please just ask as that is the best way to verify we are contracted with your insurance. Please be assured that our team will discuss and verify insurance coverage prior to your first visit.
We DO NOT ACCEPT MEDICAID, TRICARE as a primary, OR MOLINA. We are very sad to not be able to accept TRICARE and thank all who served for their service.
We DO NOT have a practice of prescribing chronic opiates or opioids, and make every effort to use non-controlled substance medication options first.
